Cannot view Recordings on my iPads or iPhones

The Fibe app has lost the ability to see my Recordings. I linked the iPad and receiver, but no joy. Did this happen since the recent iOs update? A 60 minute wait to Chat with Bell has led me to this, probably unread, forum.

App keep Crashing every 2 second!

Cant chose any thing, the app keep closing in my face !

It looks like you updated the iPad app. Now my iPad cannot connect to the Fibe box. Your instructions to add a device do not work. I cannot find where to add a device; that option is not there anywhere. Your instructions say to go to the Apps menu on the tv and select pair a device but nowhere is there a selection "pair a device" that I can find. It just lists six apps. The app on my iPhone works fine; please dont "update" that app.

Terrible

Absolutely terrible. Its ok if you are at home. Once youre on the go or at a friends house and you want to connect using Apple TV or anything connecting to the TV its completely useless. Very frustrating.
